Who can rent a therapy room?
Our rooms are primarily designed for mental health professionals such as Counsellors, Psychologists, Psychotherapists and Social Workers; however, we also have other Allied Health Professionals who rent the space.
What if I only need to rent a room casually?

The Rooms
Room rental includes access to a fully appointed room with custom modular furniture suitable for 1:1 and small group therapy (seating up to 4 patrons). All rooms feature thoughtful lighting options, integrated heating/cooling, furniture, artwork, and wifi for your telehealth sessions
The Co-Work Space
Our locations include secure door-coded entry and large staff rooms, fully stocked kitchens, gender-neutral bathrooms, and delightful outside areas. While there is no on-site parking, plenty of free 2h and paid all-day secure parking exists nearby.
Requirements
Practitioners will be required to complete a license agreement with a Code of Conduct and provide evidence of relevant registration and insurance.
Can I sub-license my room?
Rooms can be sub-licensed, as per conditions above.

Weekly room hire starts at $350
Casual room hire from $25 per hour
Large room for group work $30 per hour
Thornbury
Weekly room hire starts at $400
Casual room hire from $25 per hour
Large hall for group work $30 per hour
